Moving Forward

We do not suggest that one must (or even can) work within one single paradigm. Given the actualities of everyday education and learning, and how the paradigms have come to be, a mix of influences will likely exist in most education settings and programs. However, we do advocate for purposeful or thoughtful mixing or integration when appropriate. 

For now, we hope we have sparked your consideration of paradigms, their alignment, and purposeful integration of paradigms in health professions education. We will be aiming to add more activities to this OS in the near future.
